Lumaconi have clamshell form with ribbed surface. Their width is about 34 mm, average length – 47,5 mm and thickness is from 1,20 to 1,40 mm.
As all pasta of large size, Lumaconi are perfect for cooking of casserole, good for making with different fillings, baking in oven with the dressing and “Bechamel” sauce (based on flour, milk and butter).
